Resolved: Paradise Village Resort - Once a great place - Now, not so much.
I am having a hard time with Paradise Village Resort. I upgraded on July 12, 2016 after speaking to Carlos Gallardo.
I went back to Carlos on July 14, 2016 and tried to cancel the upgrade and he advised that I could not do this, but on the back of the contract it states you have 5 days for cancellation. Annie Favila, the Verification Manager sent me a email stating I could not cancel. On August 7, 2016 I received a phone call from Kate Turner stating that as long as I sent an email to Annie about the specific events that took place, this would be cancelled. So far no one is returning my call.
I have been a member for 14 years and have never had any problems with this resort prior to now. It is truly unfortunate that this is happening.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Paradise Village Pros: Resort itself.
